Holiday Lets and Guest Houses

Summer guests increasingly expect a cool bedroom, and a unit that heats as well helps fill the quieter months. We fit systems that guests can run from a simple remote, and service them between changeovers so a breakdown doesn’t turn into a bad review.

Air Conditioning in Wareham Homes

Inside the town walls

Wareham’s historic centre is a conservation area with many listed buildings. We plan outdoor unit positions away from the street frontage and let you know on the survey if consent is likely to be needed.

Sandford, Northmoor and newer estates

Straightforward installs, usually a single bedroom or living room unit, which we can usually complete in a single visit.

Villages and farmhouses off the gas network

In Wool, Bere Regis and the Purbeck villages, air conditioning is a cheaper way to heat individual rooms than plug-in electric heaters, as well as cooling them in summer.

For Wareham Businesses

Shops and cafés in the town centre, and offices and workshops on the Sandford Lane Industrial Estate. We fit new systems, replace tired ones and keep them maintained.

Wareham Air Conditioning Questions

Do you really cover Wareham from Poole?

Yes. It’s a straightforward drive from Oakdale, and Wareham is part of our regular area, with no extra travel charge for surveys, installs or servicing.

Can you service the units in my holiday let between bookings?

Yes. Give us your changeover dates and we’ll book the service into a gap, so guests are never without cooling.

My cottage is in the old town. Is it worth asking?

Yes. Many older homes can have a system with a carefully placed outdoor unit at the back. We’ll tell you honestly on the survey if it isn’t practical, or if you’ll need consent first.
