Several indoor units run from a single outdoor unit, each with its own controller so every room can be set differently. The right choice where you only want one box outside the house.

Booked on a weekday. We use dust sheets, drill a single core hole per indoor unit, and clear up before we go.

Air Conditioning Installation Questions
Most single-room systems are fitted and running the same day. Multi-room systems take longer, and your quote will tell you what to expect.
Very little. Each indoor unit needs one hole through the wall for the pipes, drilled with a core drill and dust extraction. Any pipework inside the room runs in neat white trunking.
Usually, yes, but you’ll need permission from your freeholder or managing agent before the outdoor unit goes up. We can supply the unit sizes, positions and noise figures they normally ask for.
Not normally. Most houses fall under permitted development as long as the outdoor unit is sensibly sized and placed. Listed buildings and conservation areas have tighter rules, and we’ll raise it on the survey if it applies to you.
Manufacturer warranties vary by brand, commonly up to 5 years, and we register yours for you. Our own workmanship guarantee covers the installation. Keeping up the annual service keeps both valid.
